    Hola. una pregunta, en un video decias que despues de una hora de hacer los ejercicios el cuerpo para de gastar calorias. Si hago una rutina de 15 minutos y espero una hora para hacer otra, adelgazare mas?? Gracias, intenta responderme

    hola, no lo q comento es q paraq uemar el máximo de calorías hay q hacer una hora de ejercicio seguido, cardio+tonifiación, o solo cardio

    depende de muchas cosas, de cada persona, de las rutinas q haces, de la alimentación, de cómo tenemos el cuerpo ahora…..normalmente en un mes o algo antes, se suelen notar los primeros resultados.

    hola, gracias!!! lo ideal es trabajar un músculo a tope un día, y al día siguiente descansarlo, si trabajamos el mismo músculo todos los días , no dejamos q se repare y no se tonifica bien
